ONK 20:2 Speak unto the sons of Israel: Whatever man of the sons of Israel, or of the strangers who sojourn in Israel, giveth his offspring unto Molek,⁽³²⁾ 32. Molek, the Ruler = Baal. with killing shall he be killed; the people of the house of Israel shall stone him with stones.
PAL 20:2 And with the sons of Israel speak thou, to say: A man of the family of the sons of Israel, whether young or old, who shall make (an offering) of his offspring unto Molek to be burned in the fire, shall be verily put to death: the people of the house of Israel shall punish his guilt by the infliction of stones;

JPS 20:3 I also will set My face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people, because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile My sanctuary, and to profane My holy name.
ONK 20:3 And I will show My displeasure against that man, and will destroy from among his people, because he hath given his offspring unto Molek, to defile My sanctuary and to profane My holy Name.

Leviticus 20:4
JPS 20:4 And if the people of the land do at all hide their eyes from that man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and put him not to death;
ONK 20:4 And if the people of the house of Israel turn away (or hide) their eyes from that man when he giveth his offspring to Molek, that they may not have to put him to death,

Leviticus 20:5
JPS 20:5 then I will set My face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go astray after him, to go astray after Molech, from among their people.

JPS 20:6 And the soul that turneth unto the ghosts, and unto the familiar spirits, to go astray after them, I will even set My face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.
ONK 20:6 And the man who turneth away after impostors and diviners to wander after them, I will set My displeasure upon that man, and will cut him off from among his people.
PAL 20:6 And the man who turns aside to inquire of the impostors, or to seek to bring up the dead, or to inquire by the bone of Jeddua, to go astray after them, I will appoint a reverse to punish that man, and will destroy him by a plague from among his people.

ONK 20:23 You shall not walk in the laws of the peoples whom I drive away from before you; for they have committed all these things, and My Word hath abhorred them.

JPS 20:24 But I have said unto you: 'Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land flowing with milk and honey.' I am the LORD your God, who have set you apart from the peoples.
ONK 20:24 But I have said to you, Ye shall inherit this land, and I will give it to you to possess it, a land producing milk and honey. I am the Lord your God who have separated you from the peoples.
PAL 20:24 But I have told you to beware of these horrors, that you may inherit their land; and I will give it you to possess it, a land producing milk and honey. I am the Lord your God who have separated you from the nations.

JPS 20:25 Ye shall therefore separate between the clean beast and the unclean, and between the unclean fowl and the clean; and ye shall not make your souls detestable by beast, or by fowl, or by any thing wherewith the ground teemeth, which I have set apart for you to hold unclean.
ONK 20:25 And you shall make distinction between animals clean and unclean, and between fowls unclean and clean, and not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any thing that creepeth on the ground which I have separated (as to be) unto you unclean.
PAL 20:25 And you shall make distinction between the animal which is fit to be eaten, and that which it is improper to eat; and between the fowl which it is improper to eat, and that which is fit to be eaten. JPS	20:22	Ye shall therefore keep all My statutes, and all Mine ordinances, and do them, that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, vomit you not out.
ONK	20:22	But keep you all My statutes and all My judgments, and do them, that the land into which I bring you to dwell may not cast you out.
PAL	20:22	But you, the congregation of Israel, shall observe all My statutes, and all the ordinations of My judgments, and do them; that the land into which I am to bring you to dwell in it may not cast you out:


Leviticus 20:23
JPS	20:23	And ye shall not walk in the customs of the nation, which I am casting out before you; for they did all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.
ONK	20:23	You shall not walk in the laws of the peoples whom I drive away from before you; for they have committed all these things, and My Word hath abhorred them.
PAL	20:23	and walk not after the laws of the peoples whom I drive away from before you; for they have committed all these abhorrent things, and My Word hath abhorred them.


Leviticus 20:24
JPS	20:24	But I have said unto you: 'Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land flowing with milk and honey.' I am the LORD your God, who have set you apart from the peoples.
ONK	20:24	But I have said to you, Ye shall inherit this land, and I will give it to you to possess it, a land producing milk and honey. I am the Lord your God who have separated you from the peoples.
PAL	20:24	But I have told you to beware of these horrors, that you may inherit their land; and I will give it you to possess it, a land producing milk and honey. I am the Lord your God who have separated you from the nations.


Leviticus 20:25
JPS	20:25	Ye shall therefore separate between the clean beast and the unclean, and between the unclean fowl and the clean; and ye shall not make your souls detestable by beast, or by fowl, or by any thing wherewith the ground teemeth, which I have set apart for you to hold unclean.
ONK	20:25	And you shall make distinction between animals clean and unclean, and between fowls unclean and clean, and not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any thing that creepeth on the ground which I have separated (as to be) unto you unclean.
PAL	20:25	And you shall make distinction between the animal which is fit to be eaten, and that which it is improper to eat; and between the fowl which it is improper to eat, and that which is fit to be eaten. Defile not your souls by (eating of) the animal that is torn by a wild beast, or the bird torn by the falcon, or anything that creepeth upon the ground, which I have separated from you for their uncleanness.


Leviticus 20:26
JPS	20:26	And ye shall be holy unto Me; for I the LORD am holy, and have set you apart from the peoples, that ye should be Mine.
ONK	20:26	And you shall be holy before Me; for I the Lord am holy, and I have separated you from the nations to be worshippers before Me.
PAL	20:26	And you shall be holy before me; for holy am I, the Lord, who have chosen you, and separated you from the nations to be worshippers before Me.


Leviticus 20:27
JPS	20:27	A man also or a woman that divineth by a ghost or a familiar spirit, shall surely be put to death; they shall stone them with stones; their blood shall be upon them.
ONK	20:27	A man or a woman with whom are impostures or divinations shall be verily put to death; with stones they shall be stoned, they are guilty of death.
PAL	20:27	And the man or the woman who hath in them (the spirit of) divination or necromancy shall die by the casting of stones; for they are guilty of death.
