Leviticus 23:3
JPS 23:3 Six days shall work be done; but on the seventh day is a sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation; ye shall do no manner of work; it is a sabbath unto the LORD in all your dwellings.
ONK 23:3 Six days thou shalt do work, but on the seventh day is the rest of the Shabbath; a holy convocation, (in it) you shall do no work. It is a Sabbath before the Lord in all your dwellings.
PAL 23:3 Six days shalt thou do work, and the seventh day (shall be) a Sabbath and a rest, a holy convocation. No manner of work may you do; it is a Sabbath to the Lord in every place of your habitations.

Leviticus 23:5
JPS 23:5 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at dusk, is the LORD'S passover.

Leviticus 23:11

Leviticus 23:12
JPS 23:12 And in the day when ye wave the sheaf, ye shall offer a he-lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt-offering unto the LORD.
ONK 23:12 And you shall perform on the day of your elevation of the omera (the sacrifice of) an unblemished lamb of the year, as a burnt offering before the Lord.

Leviticus 23:13
JPS 23:13 And the meal-offering thereof shall be two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the LORD for a sweet savour; and the drink-offering thereof shall be of wine, the fourth part of a hin.
ONK 23:13 And the mincha thereof shall be two-tenths of flour mingled with oil, an oblation to be accepted before the Lord; and its libation, wine, the fourth of a hin.
PAL 23:13 and its mincha, two-tenths of flour, mingled with olive oil, for an oblation to the Name of the Lord, to be received with acceptance; and its libation, wine of grapes, the fourth of a hin.
 
 
Leviticus 23:14
JPS 23:14 And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor fresh ears, until this selfsame day, until ye have brought the offering of your God; it is a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
ONK 23:14 Neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears shall you eat until this day when you bring the oblation of your God; an everlasting statute unto your generations in all your dwellings.
PAL 23:14 But neither bread nor parched corn (of the ripe harvest) nor new ears may you eat until this day, until the time of your bringing the oblation of your God: an everlasting statute unto your generations in all your dwellings.
 
 
Leviticus 23:15
JPS 23:15 And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the day of rest, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the waving; seven weeks shall there be complete;
ONK 23:15 And count to you, after the festival day, from the day that you brought the omera of the elevation, seven weeks, complete shall they be.

Leviticus 23:16
JPS 23:16 even unto the morrow after the seventh week shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall present a new meal-offering unto the LORD.
ONK 23:16 Until the (day) after the seventh week number fifty days, and (then) offer a new mincha before the Lord.

Leviticus 23:17
JPS 23:17 Ye shall bring out of your dwellings two wave-loaves of two tenth parts of an ephah; they shall be of fine flour, they shall be baked with leaven, for first-fruits unto the LORD.
ONK 23:17 Bring from your dwellings two loaves for an elevation, two cakes, of two-tenths of flour shall they be, baked with leaven, as first fruits before the Lord.
PAL 23:17 From the place of your dwellings you are to bring the bread for the elevation; two cakes of two-tenths of flour, which must be baked with leaven, as first fruits unto the Name of the Lord.
 
 
Leviticus 23:18
JPS 23:18 And ye shall present with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and one young bullock, and two rams; they shall be a burnt-offering unto the LORD, with their meal-offering, and their drink-offerings, even an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
ONK 23:18 And with the bread you shall offer seven unblemished lambs of the year, one young bullock, and two rams; they shall be a burnt offering before the Lord, with their mincha and their libation, to be received with acceptance before the Lord.
PAL 23:18 And with that bread you are to offer seven lambs of the year, unblemished, and a young bullock without mixture (of colour), the one for a sin offering, and two lambs of the year for a sanctified oblation.
 
 
Leviticus 23:19
JPS 23:19 And ye shall offer one he-goat for a sin-offering, and two he-lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace-offerings.
ONK 23:19 And you shall make one of the goats (a sacrifice) for a sin offering, and two lambs of the year for consecrated offerings.
PAL 23:19 And you shall make (a sacrifice) of a young goat without mixture, the one for a sin offering, and two lambs of the year for a sanctified oblation.
 
 
Leviticus 23:20
JPS 23:20 And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the first-fruits for a wave-offering before the LORD, with the two lambs; they shall be holy to the LORD for the priest.
ONK 23:20 And the priest shall uplift them with the bread of the first fruits an elevation before the Lord; with the two lambs they (the loaves) shall be consecrated before the Lord for the priest.
PAL 23:20 And the priest shall uplift them with the bread of the first fruits, an elevation before the Lord, with the two lambs; they shall be holy to the Name of the Lord, and shall be for the priest.
 
 
Leviticus 23:21
JPS 23:21 And ye shall make proclamation on the selfsame day; there shall be a holy convocation unto you; ye shall do no manner of servile work; it is a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
ONK 23:21 And on this same day you shall proclaim (that) it shall be a holy convocation to you. Ye shall do no work of labour. (This is) an everlasting statute in all your dwellings unto your generations.
PAL 23:21 And you shall proclaim with life and strength that self-same day, that at the time of that day there shall be to you a holy convocation: you shall do no work of labour: it is an everlasting statute in all your dwellings for your generations.

JPS 23:22 And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corner of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleaning of thy harvest; thou shalt leave them for the poor, and for the stranger: I am the LORD your God.

PAL 23:22 And when you reap the harvest of your ground, you shall not finish one corner that is in thy field at thy reaping, nor shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest, but leave them for the poor and the strangers: I am the Lord thy God.

Leviticus 23:24
JPS 23:24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying: In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall be a solemn rest unto you, a memorial proclaimed with the blast of horns, a holy convocation.
ONK 23:24 Speak with the sons of Israel, saying: In the seventh month(41) you shall have a (season of) Rest; a memorial of the Trumpet, a holy convocation;

JPS 23:25 Ye shall do no manner of servile work; and ye shall bring an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

ONK 23:27 But on the tenth day of this seventh month shall be the Day of Atonement (Yoma de Kippuraia, the Day of Expiations); a holy convocation you shall have, and afflict (or humble) your souls,(42) and offer the oblation before the Lord.
PAL 23:27 But on the tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement; a holy convocation shall it be to you, and you shall humble your souls, (abstaining) from food, and from drink, and from the use of the bath, and from anointing, and the use of the bed, and from sandals; and you shall offer an oblation before the Lord,

JPS 23:28 And ye shall do no manner of work in that same day; for it is a day of atonement, to make atonement for you before the LORD your God.

JPS 23:41 And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year; it is a statute for ever in your generations; ye shall keep it in the seventh month.

JPS 23:43 that your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
ONK 23:43 that your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell under the shadow of clouds when I brought them forth from the land of Mizraim. I am the Lord your God.
PAL 23:43 That your generations may know how, under the shadow of the cloud of glory, I made the sons of Israel to dwell at the time that I brought them out redeemed from the land of Mizraim.
